    Mr.Lau is the founder of NEZOD POOLS SOLUTION. Born in Johor and after completing his degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Leeds (UK), he started his career with local pioneer consultant firm KTA TENAGA SDN BHD as an electrical assistant in the M&E project department. In 2007, he joined well-known developer KEN BERHAD's in-house ISO Standard main contractor; KEN Grouting Sdn Bhd as an M&E site supervisor in the project site department, where he had the opportunity to enhance his site knowledge, coordination and handling skills.

    In year 2008 he joined reputable developer MALTON BERHAD's in-house ISO Standard main contractor, Domain Resources Sdn Bhd as an M&E site engineer to participate in the development of an exclusive condominium project near Subang Airport, the AMAYA SAUJANA where he was responsible for handling the overall M&E Services and Costing.

    TAN GEOH HWA

    Operations Director

    Born in Ipoh, Perak, Geoh Hwa graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Economics and Management BA(Hons). She started her career in accountancy with KPMG London where she obtained her Chartered Accountancy with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. She subsequently worked on multiple audit engagements as well as tax consultancy work, before moving to Strategy Consulting within KPMG London. As an Engagement Manager within the Strategy Group, she worked on a range of projects including business plan development, strategic option evaluation and commercial due diligence.

    In year 2012, Geoh Hwa returned to Malaysia to join Ethos Consulting, a premier boutique consulting firm. Highlights of her engagements includes leading a team to assess the potential value creation from merging 11 property entities belonging to a large GLC, building financial models for proposed property projects, and developing business plan for an oil and gas company.
