Return, Refund & Delivery Policy
At Nezod Pools Products, we want every purchase to be a smooth and happy experience. To keep things simple and transparent, here’s how our returns, refunds, and shipping work:
l. Returns & Refunds
- You can return your item if the box/packaging is still sealed and unopened.
- Once the packaging has been opened, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
- If you’d like to return an item, just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number.
- Return shipping will be at your cost, unless we sent you the wrong item or the product is faulty.
- Refunds are processed once the item reaches us and passes our quick inspection.
II. Damaged or Wrong Item? We’ve Got You Covered!
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
- Simply send us a few photos or a short video so we can check what happened.
- Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or give you a full refund, including any return shipping fees.
- Don’t worry—small dents or marks on the outer courier box don’t usually count as damage, as long as the product inside is in perfect condition.
III. Shipping Information
- We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–3 working days after payment.
- Delivery time depends on the courier, but you’ll be able to track your parcel once it’s on its way.
- We do our best to make sure your items reach you quickly, but please note that delays by the courier are beyond our control.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
